It's called Up-Cycling and it is a new concept of creative recycling that is focused on the reuse of everday objects and give them a new function. This idea combines perfectly the ethical and artistic trends. And Nutella understood this.

As we are talking about packaging, we can analyse this great piece of art (we can say) by two points of view: technology and decoration.

TECHNOLOGY - The body of the lamp is the traditional Nutella Jar. The white cap is equipped with a touch button for the ignition and it contains inside 6 encapsulated LED lights. Nutella lamp operates on batteries or with power via a micro USB connector.

DECORATION - Thanks to the technique of Hinds Group, the decoration is able to transform the glass into a colored diffuser. The lamp is decorated with all the famous icons of the brand, a patchwork in different colors from the vibrant mood. It seems to be inspired by Pop Art by Andi Warhol...but instead of Marylin Monroe, there is Nutella!
